Hosting
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics
I use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia, EU) to count visits. The analytics script is loaded from plausible.io. Plausible does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not build visitor profiles. IP addresses are processed transiently and not stored (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: understanding how the site is used).
Service requests, startup check, and email
If you send a service request, the details you enter are processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded to my inbox. This includes your name and company, product description, planned pilot host status and intended timing, service interest, email address, and optional LinkedIn profile. Startup check answers stay in your browser and are not submitted automatically. I use what you send only to reply to you and assess the request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and keep it no longer than the conversation requires. If you email me directly, your email provider and mine process the message so I can reply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The quickest way: email me athg@henrikgrunfeld.com.
No cookies
This site sets no cookies and shows no cookie banner because none is needed.
