Care Pilot Readiness Sprint

A care pilot should end with evidence, not polite interest.

I help aging-tech and care-tech founders run pilots that produce evidence. Fixed scope. Fixed price. Five working days. You work with me directly, from first email to final handover.

The problem

Most care pilots fail quietly.

The provider is friendly, the demo goes well, and three months later there is no signed contract and no usable evidence. Buyers call this pilot purgatory. It happens when the pilot starts without clear success criteria, without an evidence plan, and without answers to the hard questions a care buyer will ask.

The sprint fixes that before you start.

What you get

  1. 01A frontline workflow reality check. Would a care worker use this in a real shift?
  2. 02Pilot scope and success criteria, agreed before day one.
  3. 03An evidence-capture plan. What to measure, how to measure it, and what must not be claimed.
  4. 04A provider-facing one-pager you can send to the pilot host.
  5. 05The ten hard questions a care buyer will ask, with truthful answers.
  6. 06One 75-minute rehearsal and a seven-day action plan.

The sequence

Five working days.

Bounded on purpose. You get a decision-grade pilot plan, not a project you have to manage.

Launch offer

Care Pilot Readiness Sprint

For founders about to run a pilot with a home care agency, senior living operator, or clinic. Or founders who want to raise on the back of one.

The sprint is a fixed fee, agreed in writing before we start. No day rates, no scope creep, no surprises. Send the request form and you'll have the exact price in my first reply. I take a maximum of two sprints per month.

Who this is not for

If you want investor introductions, a provider target list, or someone to run the pilot for you, this is not the right service.

Not ready for the full sprint?

Frontline Reality Check

In one to two days, I test your product against the reality of a care shift. You get a written operational fit review: what a care worker will actually do with your product, where the workflow breaks, and what to fix first. This is an operational review, not a clinical assessment.

Fixed fee, quoted in my first reply. If you book the full sprint afterwards, the Reality Check fee counts toward it.

Why me

From the shift floor, not the sidelines.

Henrik Grünfeld
Henrik Grünfeld
Founder and operator

I worked for 7 years in frontline healthcare as an EMT, including medical escort work with UN IOM. I later ran international incident response at Everbridge. Now I build Kogsy, a care-tech product, and research how care teams actually work.

I have founded three companies, pitched on Shark Tank Hungary, and host Aging. Growing, an interview series on aging. I know what a shift floor does to a product because I have stood on one.

Questions

Before you book

01

Why you, and not a nurse or a consultancy?

Because your pilot will live or die on the shift floor, and that is where I come from. For questions that need a nurse, I say so, and I do not answer them for you.

02

Can an AI tool not do this?

AI can critique your deck. It cannot tell you whether a care coordinator will use your product at 6 a.m. on a short-staffed shift, or whether your pilot will produce evidence a buyer trusts.

03

Do you make introductions?

No. I make your pilot acceptable to a provider and your evidence usable. You run the relationships.

04

Why only five days?

Bounded on purpose. You get a decision-grade plan, not a project you have to manage.
