The sprint is a fixed fee, agreed in writing before we start. No day rates, no scope creep, no surprises. Send the request form and you'll have the exact price in my first reply. I take a maximum of two sprints per month.
If you want investor introductions, a provider target list, or someone to run the pilot for you, this is not the right service.
Not ready for the full sprint?
In one to two days, I test your product against the reality of a care shift. You get a written operational fit review: what a care worker will actually do with your product, where the workflow breaks, and what to fix first. This is an operational review, not a clinical assessment.
Fixed fee, quoted in my first reply. If you book the full sprint afterwards, the Reality Check fee counts toward it.

I worked for 7 years in frontline healthcare as an EMT, including medical escort work with UN IOM. I later ran international incident response at Everbridge. Now I build Kogsy, a care-tech product, and research how care teams actually work.
I have founded three companies, pitched on Shark Tank Hungary, and host Aging. Growing, an interview series on aging. I know what a shift floor does to a product because I have stood on one.
